Ways to import the vCard files to Outlook, Excel and CSV

Launch the software and the following screen will appear

Choose the mode of vCard file Conversion

• vCard file: Browse Single vCard file for conversion.
• vCard folder: Browse multiple vCard files for conversion

 Select the only one mode of conversion –Normal mode or Advance mode, when Normal mode stop working then use Advance mode for successful conversion.

Choose the data conversion mode-Excel/CSV and Outlook

Click on Convert vCards to start conversion but before that the software gives an option to save the data at desired location

 Once the Conversion is over, the software will display the completion message.

 When .pst mode is selected, the software automatically opens the contacts in MS Outlook. For viewing the contacts, go to contacts section, search the converted PST file and click on it. The converted vCards will appear on the right side.

 When .xls mode is selected, the converted contacts will save in Excel and will appear like this. To save the contacts in CSV format, go to File >> Save As >> choose the option .csv in Save As Type option.
